Feedback survey provides insights for future ITS event planning
Published on: June 18, 2020
Following the University of Toronto’s (U of T) Information Technology Services (ITS) virtual town hall event on May 26, ITS staff were asked to provide feedback (via an email survey) to inform future virtual and in-person event planning.
Below is a glance at the responses:
- Eighty-five per cent of respondents found the content relevant and interesting, while 15 per cent found it somewhat interesting.
- Ninety-six per cent of respondents found the MS Teams Live Event platform to be appropriate for this event.
- Seventy-four per cent of respondents reported they are highly interested in participating in more online events for the entire ITS staff community in the future, while 22 per cent indicated they are somewhat interested and only four per cent are not interested.
- When asked about the most valuable aspects of the town hall event, the majority of respondents highlighted the value of simply getting together with the whole team — even if only virtually — during this isolating time, receiving updates on the future of working from home and hearing about project updates from across the division.
Thank you to all those who participated and provided feedback. This information will be used to improve ITS events moving forward.
