Academic, Research & Collaborative (ARC) technologies is a partnership between the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Services and the Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI) at the University of Toronto.

ARC provides strategic, tactical and operational leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise services and systems that support the University’s academic, collaboration, communications and research missions.

ARC works with instructors, academic administrators, librarians, students and professional staff (including teaching support units, instructional technologists and divisional IT staff) to advance the University’s mission and in particular, its commitment to teaching, enhanced learning opportunities and research.
