Joint Zoom Operations Working Group
Overview
The Joint Zoom Operations Working Group (JZO) is an advisory group that meets on a weekly basis to discuss the day-to-day operations of the University’s enterprise Zoom service.
Representation is drawn from participating divisions across the University, Academic, Research & Collaborative Technologies and UTM Information & Instructional Technology Services as co-administrators of the service.
Discussions include elements such as in-application settings (particularly with a security and privacy focus), user, group and recording management and integration with third party systems.
