Thursday@3: VOIP to Microsoft Teams migration

Are you curious about the upcoming migration of current VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services to Microsoft Teams platform? VoIP is now a core part of our telecommunications infrastructure supported by EIS. To optimize and integrate available services, a large-scale initiative is moving into the rollout phase, bringing changes will soon impact staff across ITS as well as users of this service across other units and divisions currently using EIS VOIP service. Join in this Thursday@3 session to learn more about the project implementation and be among the first to see a demonstration of the Microsoft Teams integration.
