The VoIP Edge Cases project at the University of Toronto aims to address the University’s unique telephony needs beyond what the Microsoft Teams Voice service can provide. Learn more about our comprehensive VoIP Edge Cases initiative focused on diverse use cases, including generic SIP services (Voice Over IP), fax lines and e-fax, voicemail only, toll-free numbers, call centre services and a replacement for plain old telephone service (POTS) in new buildings that cannot support copper wireline services.
Join us for a Thursday@3 session that will include an opportunity to ask questions about our Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a vendor to provide these “edge case” services. This presentation is suitable for people that are not from a technical background; both business officers & IT professionals are encouraged to attend.
