REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a secure web application that University of Toronto researchers can use to build and manage online surveys and databases. While REDCap can be used to collect virtually any type of data, it is specifically built to support online or offline data capture for research studies.
The Centre for Research and Innovation Support (CRIS) in collaboration with Academic, Research & Collaborative Technologies (ARC) is hosting REDCap Office Hours. This will provide an avenue for a one-on-one consultation with a REDCap expert to answer questions and address issues related to your REDCap projects.
Researchers can book a 30-minute virtual appointment with one of our REDCap team members during the following timeslots:
The goals of the REDCap Office Hours are to provide accessible and hands-on support for REDCap-based research projects. Individuals requesting an appointment should already have a REDCap account and come prepared with specific project-related questions.
This service is not intended to serve as a request for access to REDCap, please use the “Request REDCap Access” link below.
