The time has come to celebrate the accomplishments of the Information Technology Services (ITS) team. And what better way to do so than with a festive virtual party filled with ugly sweaters, trivia, prizes and more!

Virtual event registration: Accept the Outlook calendar invitation by 5 p.m. on Dec. 2.
Holiday gift boxes (inclusive of a charcuterie meal and interactive dessert kit) prepared by St. George Catering will be available for pickup on campus. Once you have registered with your preferred pickup time, you can collect your holiday gift box on the second-floor lobby of the Chestnut Residence & Conference Centre located at 89 Chestnut Street, Toronto, ON, M5G 1R1. Watch this walk-through video of the venue for more details. All ITS staff who register will be entered to win a $100 gift card to the U of T Campus Bookstore upon gift box pickup.
To reserve your holiday gift box, please register by no later than 5 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2021 by using the form included in the Outlook event invitation. If you have not received a calendar invitation to the ITS virtual holiday party, please contact its.eda@utoronto.ca.
While your holiday gift box is complimentary to you, there is a cost associated and charged back to the ITS division. Please both confirm your attendance to the virtual event and follow through on picking up your gift on campus. This information is needed for planning purposes, to confirm numbers and to avoid food waste. If you need to cancel your order let us know. Please note that a green UCheck status and mask will be required to proceed into the building of 89 Chestnut Street. Public Health protocols and guidelines will be followed.
