Faculty of Medicine – Discovery Commons Discovery Commons aims to build and maintain an effective and sustainable information commons (IC) infrastructure and technical support team that will enable students, staff, and faculty to achieve academic success. Using IC technologies, it delivers direct service to the teaching and research missions, and supports the less visible productivity and administrative efficiencies necessary for that academic mission to be accomplished.
John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design – Computing Resources and support for all computing needs of faculty, staff and students.
Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) – Education Commons Education Commons brings a highly integrated approach to providing information systems, resources, expertise and support for a wide range of educational projects. Services include the library, technology training, computer labs, multimedia conferencing and production, and design and development for custom academic computing solutions.
U of T Portal (Blackboard) Help Full support for the Portal (Blackboard) for students.
Arts & Science – Information & Instructional Technology Arts & Science IIT supports the Faculty’s teaching, learning, research, and administrative operations through its service desk, computing lab management, research computing system administration, data centre operations and application development.
Faculty of Dentistry – Information and Instructional Technology Services IITS is responsible for all information, communications and media technology services at the Faculty of Dentistry. IITS provides a diverse range of services including network infrastructure, local voice service, web development, client management, training and support.

Administrative Management Systems (AMS) Help & Support Help for the Administrative Management Systems (AMS), including FIS, RIS, and HRIS.
U of T Portal (Blackboard) Support for Staff and Faculty Blackboard is UofT’s institutionally supported learning management system (LMS) and Student Portal. Blackboard is integrated with ROSI (UofT’s student information system) and is a full-featured LMS.
