Annual wireless certificate update

Information Technology Services will perform its annual wireless certificate update on Monday, Aug. 25 at 8 a.m. This update is performed each year to ensure the University of Toronto’s tri-campus wireless system remains as secure as possible. The change is expected to be completed before 8:30 a.m. on the same day.
What do I need to do?
Once the update is complete, wireless users may be prompted to accept or verify the new security certificate the first time they attempt to reconnect to the UofT or eduroam networks. Once accepted, the wireless device will save the new certificate and connect automatically thereafter.

If your device(s) that you manage require manual certificate installation, the new certificate can be downloaded from the Campus Wireless website. Please refer to the ‘Additional Resources / Certificates’ section.
Users that require additional support should contact their local IT support or help desk staff. Visit the ITS contact page for a list of contacts.
IT and help desk administrators with questions should submit a ticket through Enterprise Service Centre or send an email to en.help@utoronto.ca.
