Access telecommunication support via ServiceNow

Need telecommunication support? Use ServiceNow to submit your request.

ServiceNow provides streamlined access to support to better serve the University of Toronto community. Clients at the University can submit tickets via email requests through or they can open a ticket directly in ServiceNow and login to view the status of their ticket.

Select ‘Telecommunications’ when submitting a ticket to request support.

Please note that VoIP users who have local IT contacts and processes for VoIP support should continue to follow their existing processes.

The Telecom team within Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions provides many services such as VoIP, corporate cell phones, Bell Centrex, voicemail to email, the U of T directory and much more.
