The Information & Instructional Technology Services (I&ITS) department at the University of Toronto Mississauga provides essential technology support and services to students, faculty and staff. The team ensures reliable access to IT resources, supports classroom and event technology, and helps maintain a secure and efficient digital environment.
I&ITS supports classroom and event technology, provides IT tools and workplace solutions for faculty and staff, maintains campus Wi-Fi and enterprise applications, and drives digital transformation and process improvements to enhance the overall UTM experience.
