Apple reports vulnerability: iPhone/iPad users urged to update to iOS 14.4

Apple has reported that cyber actors are exploiting three vulnerabilities found in their iOS systems, affecting iPhone and iPad users. The actors are exploiting those vulnerabilities to elevate privileges and install malicious software to compromise impacted devices. Solution
The iOS 14.4 and iPadOS 14.4 software versions include a security update that fixes these major flaws. As a result, the University of Toronto (U of T) Information Security team is urging the tri-campus community to update their personal and professional system devices as soon as possible to stop attackers from exploiting these vulnerabilities further.
