CANHEIT 2023 conference – website, accommodations and volunteer opportunities

The 2023 CANHEIT conference website has launched!
Overseen by CUCCIO (the Canadian University Council of CIOs), CANHEIT is Canada’s leading national conference that brings together IT professionals from across the post-secondary sector (universities, colleges and polytechnics) to share ideas, showcase best practices and learn from each other.
The conference will take place on June 19-21 at the University of Toronto’s St. George campus, with an option to attend virtually.

Book your accommodations
Check the accommodations page for details about reserving rooms at group rates. Rooms are limited and reservations must be booked by the following dates:
- May 16: InterContinental Toronto Centre
- May 18: Rowell Jackman Hall at Victoria College
- May 20: Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre
Get involved by volunteering
Virtual and in-person volunteer roles for CANHEIT 2023 are available, including:
- Moderating in-person sessions
- Acting as way finders and greeters on-site
- Staffing the registration desk onsite
- Staffing the virtual help desk
- Assisting at evening social events
