It’s been another busy year for the University of Toronto (U of T) Information Technology Services (ITS) team. Significant accomplishments included the UnITe 2019 Conference and the launch of several large-scale projects, including the IT@UofT Strategic Plan, the Platform Modernization Project and Enterprise Service Centre (ESC), just to name a few.
