Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (SCCM) provides a comprehensive solution for change and configuration management. SCCM lets you perform tasks such as: deploy operating systems, software applications and updates; monitor and remediate computers for compliance settings; monitor hardware and software inventory; and remotely administer computers. ITS Client Support Services has developed a SCCM solution that can be extended to divisions and departments in a domain independent manner. SolarWinds Web Help Desk

With SolarWinds Web Help Desk, IT teams are provided with an easier way to automate help desk tasks in order to save time on manual efforts and focus more on troubleshooting and support needs. Web Help Desk provides an easy-to-use interface and built-in automation to simplify many ticketing processes. This software allows units to have a ticketing system for free, and to interoperate (pass tickets) between units, and it helps improve response time. Learn more
