Teaching with Technology Fair

Teaching Fair Sept 4 2014Meet with educational technology specialists from the Centre for  Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI) and Academic & Collaborative  Technologies (ACT) to learn about various technologies for teaching.

Through mini-demos and information sessions, the Teaching with Technology Fair will showcase educational technologies that are not only available for free to all U of T instructors, but are also  supported by CTSI, ACT and ITS staff. Technologies featured in the  showcase include mobile apps for teaching, webinar and video vignette tools, such as Collaborate, student engagement tools such as  iClickers, Blackboard interactive tools, assignment and grading tools,  such as peerScholar, Turnitin and Blackboard Grade Center.  Our  library liaisons will also be available to talk about mobile apps for research. This event is for everyone who wants to explore and effectively incorporate educational technology into their class with  the aim of enhancing teaching and learning.
