Thursdays@3: Return to campus – hybrid work strategies

As we are moving to a combination of on-campus activities as well as remote work, we need to prepare for a hybrid work environment that supports and includes all our colleagues, regardless of their location. Our upcoming session will provide insights from an EASI working group that was formed to address development of a range of strategies for hybrid work, including:

• Hybrid meetings – scheduling, organizing, facilitating
• Networking and personal connections – benefit from time on site
• Wellness – keeping a balance and supporting well-being
• Training and personal development – taking advantage of digital options

Join us for a short overview of key strategies across these domains, followed by a discussion period for questions and suggestions from participants.
