ITS all-staff meeting 2026

It’s time for our annual ITS All-Staff meeting, where you will be able to connect with your colleagues in-person and hear about updates throughout the department from ITS leadership. Your presence and active participation are highly valued, and ITS staff are expected to work on campus that day to attend the event.

When: Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

• Registration & networking: 9:30 – 10 a.m.
• Program: 10 – 11:30 a.m.

Location: Rotman School of Management, Desautels Hall, 105 St. George Street, Toronto, ON M5S 2E8

Light refreshments will be served. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email the details to its.eda@utoronto.ca by no later than Oct. 23.
