HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM - HRIS: The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) at the University is the primary repository of all personnel data associated with an employee's appointment and income. Authorized access to the HR system is based on the roles and responsibilities of the staff members who use the system.

UOFT NETWORK ADMINISTRATION TOOLS: These tools provide a WWW interface to perform a variety of tasks that concern network management and administration. Specifically they assist in the following common tasks:

  • Acquiring new net network space (numbers and subnets).
  • Adding/Freeing existing network space in an efficient and simple manner
  • Registering a new domain name
  • Providing DNS (forward and reverse) service

ETOKEN: eToken is a USB-based two factor authentication token that provides strong user authentication and cost-effective password management.  eToken is used for authenticating into major UofT systems such as HRIS, FIS, MRA and more.
